We endeavour to provide a first class customer service. If you contact us for any reason, we will acknowledge your communication within hours and respond within 3 days.

We will register your domain and set-up your website and email facility the same day if you sign-up before 6pm. We will contact you for details of your logo, colour schemes and preferred page layout within 3 days of sign-up to help you change the 'look' of your new website.

Our servers are backed-up hourly and include onsite and offsite backups. Our engineers monitor our servers 24 hours a day and respond to failures within minutes.
